The Australian National University, Australia

Established in 1946, The Australian National University is among the world’s most highly regarded universities. ANU has several small campuses and research units throughout Australia, with its main campus – home to nearly 17,000 students – located in Canberra, the nation’s capital. Canberra is a vibrant city nestled amongst some of the country’s most beautiful natural environments.  The city boasts all the facilities and infrastructure that one would expect of a national capital.  The city is home to important national institutions like the National Library, National Gallery, National Museum and National Archives.  With over 200 buildings, the University campus occupies 145 hectares, located within a 5-minute walk of the city center of Canberra.
