Carly Koebel is the Sr. Program Manager for the European Studies Council at the MacMillan Center at Yale University. She has built her professional career in higher education and international education, working at the University of Connecticut, Santa Clara University, and the University of Washington. Carly has an MEd from the University of Washington and an MBA from Santa Clara University. She has lived in Spain and Thailand, teaching English.
