Cécile Delcuvellerie is a Senior Research Manager at Yale Inclusion Economics, where she supports the gender portfolio’s India-based projects.  Prior to joining MacMillan, Cécile worked on the design and development, monitoring and evaluation of programs aiming at ending violence against women and girls at the United Nations, with a particular focus in Africa. Previously, she also worked for the Gender Innovation Lab Africa at the World Bank, and as a Research Fellow at Duke University and Evidence for Policy Design at Harvard Kennedy School on women's empowerment, gender-based violence, social norms, financial inclusion and female labor force participation in Peru, Pakistan and India. She holds a Master's degree in Quantitative Economics, Public Policy and Development from Paris School of Economics and a Master's Degree in Business Management from HEC Paris.
