Holly Salter

Holly Salter is Center Manager at the MacMillan Center for International & Area Studies. In this role, she provides administrative coordination and oversees community and high-profile events as well as Belonging and Sustainability initiatives.

Previously, Holly was Assistant Director of the Maurice R. Greenberg World Fellows Program, where she was responsible for developing and executing programmatic content, overseeing the integration of Fellows into the Jackson School of Global Affairs and the broader Yale community, administering the program's digital presence, and managing alumni engagement. Prior to joining the World Fellows, she managed the Business History Initiative at Harvard Business School and has supported diversity and inclusion efforts at Harvard’s Graduate School of Arts and Sciences. She has degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and Boston College.
